Richmond HG ended a wonderful season for me and my team OBX Weightlifting Club. OBXWC finished with many National Champs, International Team members and 2 World Champions. I finished with a huge victory at the Richmond HG with a clean sweep of 7 Golds, 2 prs and 1st overall.
I want to thank all my friends for coming out to Richmond, I really appreciate the support. I hope I made you all proud!
I started my off- season training for the 09' season which will start February 21 in Arizona! I have 36 weeks to the World HG in Scotland!
